Fitness Classes

All classes require you to sign a Membership form before your first session

Donations are welcome (minimum of £1) but if you can’t pay we won’t turn you away.

CHAIROBICS

A seated based exercise class for all levels. 
Mondays: – 1:30 - 2:30pm

GENTLE YOGA

A gentler, slower-paced 45 minute class designed for those with fatigue, reduced mobility, chronic pain or anyone seeking a calmer, easier yoga practice.

Tuesdays: – 11:00am - 11.45am

PILATES

Pilates is a focused class that helps to improve posture, balance, strength, flexibility and core muscle groups. Can be adapted to all levels either floor or chair based

Wednesdays: – 12:30 - 1:30pm

LEGS,BUMS,TUMS

 Floor/ Mat based work out to tone up and improve targeted body areas.

Wednesdays: – 1.30 - 2.30pm

TAI CHI

A gentle martial arts based work out suitable for all levels. Good for the mind as well as the body.
Thursdays: – 12:30 - 1:30pm
